Yup, sign me up!
Anne posted the first week meal plan and I started early because I know I wont have time tomorrow night to cook dinner. The first dinner Anne posted was Almond Encrusted Tilapia topped with Black Bean Olive Salsa, with Lemon Garlic String Beans on the side.
I double this recipe up so I could have it for dinner tomorrow night as well. Khaleesi looked on as I cooked.
I know I wont be able to follow this meal plan perfectly but I am going to try to meal all of the lunches and dinners.
For lunch tomorrow, I premade a salad with black beans, baby spinach, broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, carrots and mushrooms. I made my homemade dressing as well.

I will also do my best to follow this but I know my schedule and I know things have to change on the fly. I am looking forward to seeing what Gina and Anne have in store for the upcoming weeks.
