Today I completed my first training brick workout! Five miles on the bike followed by 3 miles on the treadmill. It’s still too cold and dark for me to hit the streets but with March coming to an end, I am hoping that changes soon!

When I first started triathlons, I was clueless about brick workouts. After my first brick workout, I had even more questions than I did before I started. Luckily there is tons of information online about these back-to-back workouts. I put together a fun infographic on bricks with my tips and tricks. Enjoy!
