Guess what day it is?! Guess what day it is?! Nope, not Wednesday, its FRIDAY!!! This has been a bit of a stressful but wonderful week. Fun facts – we booked our wedding DJ and yesterday was our negative one year anniversary! Not so fun facts – work was really busy and we had so shizz go down last night but nothing too serious.

With that said, time for my Friday Favorites!

•  October!

Hello indeed. I love October, its my favorite month for a bunch of reasons. I love the tree leaves changing colors. I love eating all of the apples. Its my birthday month so that automatically makes it awesome. Its also my dad’s birthday month, my parents anniversary month and soon to be SL and my anniversary month. And then there is Halloween which is just fun.

• Yes to Grapefruit CC Cream

I have been trying to step up my girl game lately. I wear next to no makeup – eyeliner, mascara, lip balm and I’m out the door. I am not quite ready for the whole foundation, blush thing but I figured a CC cream would be a step in the right direction. I love this stuff. It is light and gives nice coverage. I also love it because its 95% natural, petroleum, SLS and paraben free and cruelty-free. Win. Win. Win.

• Tone It Up MaliBooty Workout

Thank you Katrina (and Karena) of Tone It Up. This workout is not only quick but effective and had my buns blazin’ this week. I love all of the TIU workouts, K&Ks blog posts and all of their cute Tone It Up gear. Keep killing it ladies. Check out the MaliBooty video here.

• Shake It Off – Taylor Swift

Did I live under a rock for the past few weeks? Short answer – yes. I just heard this song on Pandora earlier this week and immediately downloaded in to my iTunes. It.Is.My.Jam!! I’m not a country fan at all but as Taylor’s music has taken on a pop feel I have grown to love her and her music. If I ever get the chance to meet her I know we’d be BFFs from then on (hopefully).

I am hoping work flyies by today because SL and I have a movie date tonight. Our little way of celebrating our negative one year anniversary. The weekend will be busy busy and hopefully won’t go by too fast. I am doing some thing that is long overdue on Sunday…tune in on Monday for details!
